| Abstract: | The present paper attempts to discuss the issue of protecting the copyright of digital archives.The author argues that digital archives,in the process of their construction and operation,must confront the problem of copyright protection,i.e.how to ensure that one's own copyright is not violated while trying not to infringe on others' copyright. |
