全球化视野中的公民道德建设

经济科技全球化为普遍伦理准备了一系列基础性条件,也为普遍伦理的形成提供了客观根据和必要支持。目前世界各国的公民道德建设都是在全球化这一共同的时代大背景下进行的,这一时代背景使各国在进行公民道德建设时都应对普遍伦理予以考虑和吸收,也使各国的公民道德建设具有一定的共通性,从而使国家间的公民道德交流成为可能。地球村落的形成必然会引起国家伦理边界的变化,但是应当看到,在世界上仍然存在不同民族和国家、不同阶级和不同利益的情况下,在强调普世伦理价值的同时,还需要对其作具体的分析。在公民道德建设中,我们应当采取积极措施,以促成新型现代化人格的生成。

The Construction of Civic Virtues in the View of Globalization

The globalization of economic technology has prepared for the general ethic a series of basic conditions as well as the objective foundation and necessary support for its formation. Now the construction of civic virtues in different countries is carried on under the common background of globalization. This background requires that every country should give full consideration and acceptance to general ethic while carrying out the construction of civic virtues. This requirement also makes the construction of civic virtues in different countries bear a certain common features which makes the exchange of civic virtues among different countries become possible. The appearance of global village will necessarily cause the change of the boundary of national ethic, but what should be noticed is that: under the circumstance of different nationalities, different classes and different interests, we should give general ethic value a concrete analysis while emphasizing it. In the process of constructing civic virtues, we should adopt active methods in order to accelerate the formation of a new and modern personality.
