| 摘 要： | 竞合是当前经济发展的一大趋势。企业之间通过有效的竞合可以带来企业各环节资源配置的优化。在竞合背景下,我国的企业在建立战略联盟时应具备一些条件:制定出适合自己的生存与发展战略,寻求战略协同并掌握关键产业链,培育自身的核心优势,以便提高在联盟中的战略地位。只有这样,企业基于竞合条件下战略联盟运行的X型联盟、Y型联盟、跨地区或跨国联盟等模式才能有效实施。

| Abstract: | Coopetition is a major trend in current economic development. Effective eoopetition between enterprises can bring optimization of allocation of resources. Against the background of coopetition, enterprises in China should have some conditions when establishing strategic alliances： devising strategies that fit their own existence and development, seek strategic coordinattion and control crutial industrial chains, cultivate their own key advantages, so as to enhance their own stragegic positions in the alliances. Only in this way can the the X-alliances, Y-alliances, trans-regional or cross-national alliances operated by the strategic alliances be effectively carried out. Alliance mode. |
