基于参与式方法的《管理学原理》教学研究

摘    要:参与式教学法是一种协作式的教学法,具有全面性、平等性、主体性等特点,以内在激励和外在激励的关系理论及期望理论为基本原理,结合《管理学原理》的课程特点和实际授课中的应用,讨论案例研讨、情景参与与角色扮演、管理模拟与战略规划等多种参与式教学形式在《管理学原理》中的运用,并总结参与式教学中可能存在的问题及应对措施。
