大学生面临压力的研究

大学生面临压力的研究调查发现 ,有 81 6%的大学生正承载着包括学业、择业、人际交往、恋爱和经济问题等 10个方面较高的压力。较强的压力以及压力应对效能的不足 ,影响着大学生的健康成长和全面发展。缓解、降低或消除大学生压力的具体对策应该是 :优化大学生成长环境 ,控制压力刺激事件或情境 ;加强压力应对策略的教育训练 ,提高压力应对效能 ;丰富大学生的压力应对资源 ,构建强有力的社会支持系统。

Research on Pressure College Students Facing

Analyzing questionnaires of 2326 students from universities, we find that 81 6% of students are facing high pressures on about 10 aspects including study, job-hunting, social communication, love, economic problems and so on. The higher pressures and the defects in dealing with them influence health and full development of students. The policy in relieving, reducing or eliminating pressures should be: firstly, improving the environment of their living and avoiding some cases that arouse pressures; secondly, enhancing training in dealing with pressures and improving the abilities; thirdly, enriching measures in dealing pressures and constructing the supporting social system.
