| 摘 要： | 李鸿章督直期间的蠲缓粮租、多方筹资等抗灾救灾实践一定程度地遏制了直隶灾荒的发生、缓解了灾情,有益于灾区的重建与社会的安定.但因为吏治的腐败等方面的原因无法从根本上解决直隶灾荒问题.

| Abstract: | Li Hong Zhang's disaster relief work during his term of service as governor in Zhili eased to some degree the pressure of disasters and helped with the reconstruction of the disastrous area and the security of society. However, because of the official corruption and other reasons, the problem of disaster in ZhiLi could not be solved fundamentally. |
