浅议乡村社会变迁中电视的角色——以豫南水塘村为个案

电视的出现极大地影响和改变了人们所了解的世界。从社会学角度出发,选取豫东南地区的一个村落作为个案来调查,尝试了解和认识电视在乡村社会变迁中所发生的作用,从而更好地促进乡村和谐社会建设。结果表明:电视与乡村经济发展存在互动关系;电视打破乡村的信息垄断和话语霸权;电视重塑乡村人际关系的数量和种类;电视重构了农民的文化生活和闲暇活动。

On the Role of Television in the Social Changes of the Countryside: A Case Study of Shuitang Village in South Henan

Television has changed and is still changing the lives and the ways we take to see the world around us. Taking one village of Henan Province as an example, this article focuses on the role the television plays in the social changes of the countryside. The research shows that there is an interactive relationship between television and economic development; TV has broken rural information monopoly and the hegemony of discourse; TV has remodeled the number and types of rural interpersonal relationship; and TV has reconstructed the culture life and leisure activities of farmers.
