武夷山酒店业结构优化研究

酒店业结构的合理性是衡量一个地区酒店业发展状况的重要指标。从研究区域看,多数学者致力于对一线大城市的研究,较少涉及中小城市及风景名胜区酒店业的结构研究。武夷山市为世界文化与自然遗产地,全市人口23万人,旅游总收入占GDP超过50%,特别是12平方公里的国家级旅游度假区内,酒店高度密集,拥有近200家各类酒店。武夷山酒店业存在供给结构失衡、客源单一、空间分布不合理等诸多问题。武夷山应适当增加中、高档次饭店比例,降低低档次饭店的整体规模。酒店可适当增加会议设施投入,提高接待能力。

A Study on the Structural Optimization of the Hotel Industry in Wuyishan

The structure rationality of hotel industry is a key index to measure the development of hotel industry in a city. Much importance was attached in the study of hotel industry of big cities while that of small cities and tourist resorts was less concerned. Wuyishan, a site of world natural and cultural heritage, has a population of 230,000, whose income from tourism section accounts for 50% of its GDP. Such problems as the imbalance of the structure of Wuyishan hotel industry (over 200 hotels in the holiday resort of 12 square kilometers), the singleness of tourist source and irrational spatial distribution need to be taken into consideration seriously. It is suggested to increase intermediate and high grade hotels properly while decreasing low grade hotels. Improving conference facilities are also recommended.
