| 摘 要： | 成本一直是企业关注的焦点,因为它把持着企业兴衰的命脉。为了增加收益而刻意盲目地追求低成本,这只会使企业步入衰亡的坟墓。在经济高速发展、竞争激烈的今天,如何正确对待成本控制问题并实施一套行之有效的成本控制体系则是摆在我们面前的考题。不同行业、性质、规模的企业,只有找出自身的弱点,对症下药,才能真正制定出一套贴切有效的成本控制体系。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society, enterprises become to focus on the cost that controls the enterprises' ups and downs. Reducing cost blindly for more benefit will lead an enterprise to bankrupt. How to control cost and implement an effective system of cost control is an important issue. Only by finding out their own weakness and solving the real problems can enterprises figure out a practical and effective cost control system. |
