| 摘 要： | 我国对外直接投资仍处于初期发展阶段,对外投资规模与其经济地位极不相称,对外投资效益不尽如人意,而出现这些现象和问题的主要原因是我国对外直接投资存在着投资主体产权障碍、政府宏观管理制度障碍和东道国投资环境制度障碍。为了消除这三大障碍,促进我国对外投资事业的长足发展,进行制度创新是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | China's overseas direct investment is still at its early stage of the development. The scale of the overseas investment is not comparable to China's economy status and the benefit of the overseas investment is not so good. What causes these phenomena and problems are three obstacles to overseas direct investment: the obstacle of investment subject's property rights, the obstacle of the government's macro-management institution, and the obstacle of the host countries' investment environment and institution. To get rid of these obstacles and promote China's overseas investment, it is necessary to carry out institutional innovation. |
