| 摘 要： | 大学生特别是少数民族大学生就业问题是关系人民群众切身利益的重大问题。少数民族大学生就业难的成因中主要包含学校的因素、学生的因素、社会观念因素等等。针对问题的成因,建议从学校建设发展、学生学习成长、毕业生择业就业观、学生创业、学校服务、社会环境等六方面着手,寻找对策。

| Abstract: | The employment of college students,especially minority college students,is a serious matter concerning their direct interests.The causes include the factors of the universities,the students themselves and the prevailing social concepts.The possible solutions rely on the improvement of the universities,the better training,the concept of employment,the establishment of business by the students,the help of the universities and the improvement of the social surroundings. |
