| 摘 要： | 在探究孵化器控制力与在孵企业创造力间逻辑关系的基础上,考察在孵企业资源柔性与关系能力的中介效应,运用层级回归对187家企业调研数据进行实证分析,结果显示:孵化器控制力与在孵企业创造力存在倒U型关系,在孵企业资源柔性与关系能力在上述非线性关系中均起到部分中介作用,不同的是关系能力呈现出一种更为复杂的非连续型部分中介作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of exploring the relationship between the incubator control and incubateer creativity,this paper studies the mediating effect of resource flexibility and relationship ability,and empirically analyzes survey data of 187 companies by using hierarchical regression. Results show: there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between incubator control and incubateer creativity;resource flexibility and relationship ability play a partial mediating role in aforesaid nonlinear relationship,while the difference is that relationship ability plays a more complex discontinuous mediating role. |
