全球化与发展中国家政治民主化浪潮

在经济全球化时代,考察各国政治民主化的进程,不能离开全球化这个大背景。必须看到全球化对发展中国家政治民主化进程的影响和冲击是不可避免的。发展中国家的政治民主化进程,是随着经济全球化的蓬勃发展,在全球化的冲击下起步和发展起来的。目前亚非拉国家都建立了不同类型的民主政体,并取得了一定的成就。尽管这些国家政治民主化进程面临种种挑战和困难,但接纳与建立符合人类文明发展轨道的制度、体制与规则,已是广大发展中国家的共识和努力方向,政治民主化理应是全球化的重要内容之一。

The Wave of Globalization and Developing Countries' Political Democratization

In the era of economic globalization,the investigation of the process of all the nations' political democratization can't be isolated from globalization.Inevitably,globalization is a shock to the process of developing countries' political democratization,which has begun and grown with the vigorous development of economic globalization.Nowadays countries of Asia,Africa and Latin America have established various democratic governments and already made some achievements.Although their process of political democratization is confronted with many challenges and difficulties,the vast numbers of developing countries have reached a consensus on the establishments of principles,regulations and systems in keeping with the development of human civilization.Therefore,the process of political democratization should be a key component of globalization.
