传统文化视角中的我国市场经济体制合法性研究

论述Weber关于宗教改革导致世俗禁欲主义,世俗禁欲主义衍生出资本主义精神并为欧洲资本主义制度提供合法性的思想,指出体制只有得到了认可,才具有合法性;针对中国市场经济体制的民族传统文化的合法性问题,总结了四点启示;并通过对中国传统文化分析,提出其中导致市场经济的精神因素即传统文化。

On the legitimacy of China's marketing economy system from traditional cultural perspective

This paper discusses Weber' s ideas that the religion reform leads to the asceticism of the customs,and the asceticism of customs results in the capitalistic spirit, providing the legitimate reason for the existence of the Eu- ropean capitalistic system,and points out that only when a system is approved can it attain legitimacy.In the meantime,aiming at the legitimate problem of the nation' s traditional culture of Chinese market economy system, the paper believes it also has great significance:firstly, one kind of spirit can lead to another;secondly,the reli- gious factor in the culture does not contradict with the spirit of a certain system.Instead,they can co-exist and co-develop;thirdly,one kind of spirit does not necessarily lead to one kind of system,that is,capitalis- tic spirit does not necessarily lead to the creation of capi- talistic system;fourthly,socialism also has the market e- conomy spirit.Through the analysis of the Chinese tradi- tional culture,it puts forward that the traditional culture is the spirit factor that causes the market economy.
