| 摘 要： | 信息化是当今世界科技、经济和社会发展的趋势,在互联网迅速发展与应用时期,电子政务是加速国家信息化的重要举措。本文主要介绍电子政务的概念、电子政务与传统政务的区别、电子政务中的基本要素和我国电子政务的发展现状。

| Abstract: | Information is a developing tendency of the world science,economy and society.With the rapid development and wide use of the Internet,e-gov.has become an important measure to speed up the informationallization of a state.The paper mainly presents concept of e-gov.,the differences between the e-gov and the traditional government affairs handling,and the basic elements of the e-gov as well as the present situation of China e-gov. |
