| 摘 要： | 计算机软件是信息处理机制的对象化,在现阶段,它是一种特殊的精神产品,为不同的人群带来不同利益,也造成人们对此产生了不同的伦理价值观念。本文以“底线伦理”的思路,为人们在智能软件、商业软件保护、自由软件等方面的不同看法达成共识提供一种尝试。
