| 摘 要： | 国家新建粮食储备库运营绩效的评价应从这一概念的内涵出发,建立运营绩效评价的多层次指标体系,把人工神经网络作为评价理论依据.提出了评价的基本思路,构建了评价的反向误差传播(BP)模型.

| Abstract: | Beginning with the conception of the running performance of the national newly-built grain storehouses,the author sets up a multi-index system of it,in which the artificial neural network is the theoretical foundation.The author puts forward an outline on evaluation of the storehouses and takes back propagation(BP) modes as an example. |
