| 摘 要： | 对英国诽谤界定作了历史梳理,并结合其法律规制的历史演进梗概对20世纪以来的诽谤诉讼及其法律规制的一些主要情况作了简要阐述,包括20世纪英国诽谤法中的主要变革,突出的诽谤诉讼和网络诽谤诉讼,以及在西方国家颇具争议的"诽谤旅游现象"等,以期为我国关于诽谤的司法实践与对策研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article offers an outline of the remarkable facts of defamation lawsuits and defamation legal proceedings in the modern times of Britain.It not only provides the changes in the definitions of defamation and the principal laws and acts in Britain from a historical point of view,but also the mush-reported libel law suits in the 20th century,including internet libel suits,and what is termed as "libel tourism" which has been getting more and more controversially discussed in western countries. |
