| Abstract: | Cultural, as the comprehensive national power, includes power of spiritual impetus, intelligence, spiritual force and achievement, and cultural establishments and industrial strength, etc. Cultural power is an immense motive force to motivate economic development, an important strength to influence political progressiveness, an essential prerequisite to maintain the social stability, and a strong lever to enhance people's quality. It holds a significant positions and plays an important role in the comprehensive national power. |
