| 摘 要： | 动产与不动产是历史十分悠久的有关财产的基本分类,无论是大陆法系的物权法还是英美法系的财产法,其规范的设计都以此为依据。对这一基本分类从历史的角度进行比较分析,无论是对于我国民事立法还是对于民事法律理论的研究都具有十分重要的实践意义和理论意义。
