| 摘 要： | 1999年3月出台，于1999年10月1日正式实施的新《合同法》在较大程度上维护了房屋买卖双方的利益，但作为一个过渡性的法律，它未对一房多卖问题作出相应规范，因而还存在较大缺陷。
