企业竞争力的界定及指标体系设计

摘    要:要在培育企业竞争力的进程中少走弯路,必须科学地界定企业竞争力。在理论上首先要把企业竞争力与行业竞争力、国家竞争力区别开来,把它与企业行为、企业业绩区别开来;其次要考虑企业竞争力的效率性、排他性、综合性、动态性和相对性。在设计企业竞争力的指标体系时,应遵循“选择—转化—输出”的技术路线,建立反映企业识别、适应环境能力的指标,反映企业整合资源、培育竞争优势的指标和反映企业向目标市场提供价值物的指标。

Abstract:In the proceeding of cultivating enterprise competition,it is of necessity to bound it scientifically so as to approach it. Theoretically,first of all,enterprise competition should be distinguished from trade competition and nation competition,and also from enterprise behavior and enterprise achievement.Secondly,the efficiency,exclusiveness,synthesis,dynamism and relativity of enterprise competition should be taken into consideration.When esigning the index system of enterprise competition,a technical line,“selection—transforma tion—output”,should be followed ,and an index should be set up that can refle ct an enterprise’s ability to recognize environment and adapt to it and that c an reflect an enterprise's integrated resources and cultivate competition advant ages .The index should also reflect that the enterprise is providing valuable product s to target market.
