新时期学术规范讨论的历时性评述

新时期关于学术规范的讨论,发端于20世纪80年代后期。此后至今关于学术规范的讨论,大致可以划分为三个阶段:第一阶段,主要表现为少数先觉者率先倡导;第二阶段,主要表现为在激烈批评学术腐败行为的同时呼吁建立;第三阶段,主要表现为由批评为主过渡到以建设为主。

Diachronic Review on the Academic Norm Discussing in the New Era

The academic norm discussing in the new era, beginning in the late eighties of the 20th century and lasting till now, can be divided into three stages: the first stage shows that a few forerunners took the lead in appealing for academic norm; the second stage is full of fierce criticism on corrupt behaviors of academy and meanwhile calls for the establishment of academic norms; the third stage displays the transition with academic norms establishing replacing criticism.
