| 摘 要： | 团队建设,是一种组织创新、制度创新和管理创新。团队建设的基础和前提,在于厘清团队的相关理论问题,明晰团队建设的逻辑思路。本文重点分析了团队的概念和特征,探讨了构建团队的动因,以及建设团队的若干关键问题,并提出团队绩效的若干评价标准。
