| Abstract: | The construction of Party conduct is a science. The practice of constructing Party conduct needs the guidance of the scientific theory of Party conduct. Fully understanding the target,content and era value of the scientific study of Party conduct,innovating and developing the scientific theoretical system of Party conduct with Chinese characteristics,probing into the external environment and inner essence of constructing Party conduct and its laws of development,strengthening the scientificalness,systematicness,foreseeability and creativeness of constructing Party conduct — all those are highly significant. |
