| 摘 要： | 讨论了技术能力的本质,分析了发展中国家企业技术能力演化的基本轨迹。基于技术能力的本质是知识的认识,将技术能力演化的轨迹理解为知识积累由量变到质变的循环过程,技术能力提高的过程也是技术学习的过程。通过研究陕西汽车集团重型汽车技术能力发展轨迹,指出发展企业技术能力既要重视技术能力各维度的协调发展,也要重视技术能力短期与长期的协调发展。

| Abstract: | This article firstly discusses the essence of technological capability and analyzes the trajectory of enterprise technological capability evolution in developing countries.From the essence of technological capability,we can take the trajectory of technological capability evolution as a cyclical process of knowledge accumulated from quantitative change to qualitative change.Then,taking Shaanxi Automobile Group Co.Ltd as an example,it researches the trajectory of that company.At last,it arrives at the conclusion that developing enterprise technological capability should pay attention to the harmonious development of not only every aspect of technological capability,but also the short-time and long-term development. |
