法治视角下的高校民主管理探析

高校民主管理是现代法制社会实施管理的一个重要特征,它既是依法治校的需要,也是高校改革和发展的基本保证。认为当前高校民主管理进程虽然发展很快,但是在制度上、程序上、管理过程中仍然存在一些不尽如人意的地方。进而指出要进一步加强高校民主管理,就必须从依法治校的高度,统一认识,转变观念,制定制度,完善规则,认真解决当前高校民主管理中存在的问题,使高校民主管理深入人心,在依法治校中发挥积极的作用。

College Democratic Management in Light of Law

Democratic management in colleges and universities,as one of the most important features of modern lawful society,is both the need of lawful management and the basic guarantee of reform and development.Though the process of democratic management in colleges and universities is quite quick at present,there are still a long way to go in terms of pertinent regulations,procedures and actual practice.In order to further strengthen democratic management,it is necessary to reach consensuses from the height of lawful management,renew outdated concepts,make necessary regulations and rules,solve all the problems therein,make democratic management a concept deep-rooted in colleges and universities,and make it play an active role in the process of lawful management.
