| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区争端解决机制应该朝更具司法性的方向发展。司法性的争端解决机制既符合当今国际／区域经济组织争端解决机制的发展趋势与潮流，也符合自贸区的核心目标。东盟内部争端解决机制的实践及发展使我们看到构建司法性的中国-东盟自贸区争端解决机制有其可行性。要使该机制更具司法性，关键在于进一步完善其仲裁机制。
