摘    要:新世纪人力资源管理出现了战略化、全球化和本土化相结合,知识化和人本化等发展新趋势,对民族地区企业形成强大的冲击和挑战。惟有顺应这样的新趋势,积极探索和构建具有民族地区特色的人力资源管理模式,才能持续保持其强大的竞争力。

Abstract:The new developing tendency of the strategy,globalization with localization,the intellectualness and person-orientedness about personnel resource management appearing in the new century has led to the forceful compact and challenge to the enterprises in the minority regions.Only by following the new tendency,actively probing into and constructing personnel resource management mode with characteristics of the minority regions,can the enterprises maintain their forceful competitive strength.
