| 摘 要： | 源于西方社会的现代管理过多地体现出工具理性而忽略了价值理性，不适合中国的人情社会，而且国外的大型企业也开始注重管理过程中的伦理思想的建设，当今中国管理伦理关键是势在必行。中国的管理伦理化建设首先需要对管理伦理的重要作用给予充分重视，其次需要在管理过程中赋予换位思考的思维模式，再次需要弘扬中国传统管理文化中的良性伦理思想。
