摘    要:随着经济发展、社会进步和全球市场竞争的日益激烈,有关社会责任内容越来越多的出现在企业合作的条款中.如何提升中国企业社会责任意识和改善目前的状况,是中国理论界和企业界都十分关注的问题.改变前中国企业社会责任缺失的现状,应在建立一套适应国情的企业评估理论体系和评估机制、加强立法监督、增强公众的参与、提高中国企业社会责任管理水平方面作出更多努力.

Abstract:With the economic development, society's progress and the whole world market competition, the content about social responsibility more and more appearances in enterprise's cooperative clauses. How to promote the social responsibility consciousness of Chinese enterprise and improve the present situation, is the question that China theory and business circles all pay close attention to very much. This article has analyzed the relation between social responsibility and the enterprise benefit on the basis of stating current situation of enterprise's social responsibility in our country, and has put forward some improvement measures for Chinese enterprise from the angle of legislation, supervision and so on.
