| 摘 要： | 生态环境建设是民族地区全面建设小康社会的重要内容,它对民族地区的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义;民族地区生态环境形势十分严峻,为此必须增强全民法治意识,加强法制建设,走新型工业化道路,改革落后生产方式,发展生态农业.

| Abstract: | Ecological environment construction is an essential component of developing a well-off society in an all-round way, and is of great importance to the sustainable development of ethnic areas. In view of the adverse ecological environment in ethnic areas, it is necessary to enhance the whole nation's awareness of law, strengthen the legal system construction, take the path of new industry, reform the backward mode of production and develop ecological agriculture. |
