| 摘 要： | 军功授地是美国土地制度中的一个重要问题。美国国会（包括联邦国会）先后颁布了上百个军功授地法令,依据此类法令,在短短几十年的时间里,处理掉近7000万英亩国家土地。退伍军人们并未从军功授地中得到多少实惠,大多数土地落入土地投机者手里。但其总体效果促进了西部的迅速开发。

| Abstract: | Military bounty land is an important issue in U. S. land system. U. S. congress (Federal congress as well) enacted one hundred and more decrees of military bounty land. According to these decrees, about 7000 acres of land were distributed in a few decades. Veterans, however, did not gain much benefit from military bounty land, because land speculators absorbed much. In general, The practice of military bounty land accelerated the westward expansion. |
