文秘专业毕业生顶岗实习基地建设问题探讨

顶岗实习是高职院校教育教学的重要环节,也是高职教育的特色所在。文章结合文秘专业顶岗实习基地建设中存在的问题,提出扩大顶岗实习基地规模、提升顶岗实习基地质量、挖掘顶岗实习基地功能、加强校企合作广度和深度、健全顶岗实习基地管理体系和推进顶岗——就业一体化基地建设的解决对策。
