| Abstract: | At present,the employment of rural surplus labour has been a fundamental issue of the Chinese economy.By applying relevant theories abroad and making an empirical analysis,it is argued in this paper that the employment problem of rural surplus labour in China can be solved by realizing urbanization,developing township enterprises,and improving the quality of rural surplus labour. |
