| 摘 要： | 世界海洋遗产的时空分布显示:（1）G7和金砖国家（除中国外）都拥有1项或多项海洋遗产；（2）2008-2017十年间亚太地区海洋遗产占比高达60%；（3）亚洲各国中与我国有海域、海岛争议的菲律宾、日本、越南海洋遗产数量最多。世界主要经济体重视海洋遗产的申报与保护，亚太地区海洋遗产是近些年世界遗产关注的重点区域，我国海洋遗产的申报、保护正当其时。对此，我国应对外建立国家专项海洋遗产信托基金，对内统一海洋遗产的遴选标准，加大东海、南海海域海洋遗产的遴选和保护申报。

| Abstract: | The space-time distribution of world marine heritages shows that:（1）Each country from G7 and BRICK（except China）owned at least 1 marine heritage;（2）The world marine heritages from Asia Pacific Regions takes 60% of the world in the period from 2008 to 2018;（3）In the Asia Pacific Region, Vietnam, Philippines and Japan which have disputes concerning the sovereignty over some islands and reefs with China, owns the largest number of marine heritages. It is the time for China to apply for the world marine heritages at present. First, we should establish the fund-in-trust of Chinese marine heritage; secondly, we’d better unify the marine heritage’s criteria and select a group of marine heritages in South and East China Sea |
