双元学习与中国后发企业的技术追赶:国际化程度的调节效应

通过选取跨国经营的中国制造企业为样本，采用问卷调查和多元回归分析，研究发现双元学习对中国后发企业技术追赶具有显著的正向作用，且国际化程度对二者关系有显著调节效应，即国际化程度越高，双元学习对技术追赶的正向作用越强。研究结论深化了国际扩张背景下双元学习与后发企业技术追赶的关系，同时为新兴经济体跨国企业的追赶实践提供了启示。

Ambidextrous Learning and Technological Catch-up for Chinese Latecomer Firms: the Moderated Effects of the Degree of Internationalization

The study conducted questionnaires through selecting samples of Chinese firms which are operating across nations. We find the positive effects of ambidextrous learning on technological catch-up of Chinese latecomer firms. Furthermore, the degree of internationalization plays significant moderating effects on the relationship between the two variables. Specifically, the higher of degree of internationalization, the stronger of positive effects of ambidextrous learning on technological catch-up. These conclusions deepened the relationship between ambidextrous learning on technological catch-up in the international expansion context and provided practical implications for multinational enterprises from emerging economics.
