阻力训练对短跑运动员加速能力影响研究

摘    要:阻力训练是一项能够有效提升短跑运动员加速能力的专项方法,本研究选择宁波大学科技学院20名具有一定短跑能力的男生,进行轮胎拖拽阻力训练实验研究,结果表明:经过10周的轮胎抗阻训练,实验组在30米、50米短跑中的加速能力提升显著,对照组在30米、50米短跑中的加速能力提升不显著,抗阻训练能够发展短跑运动员后蹬力量,提高每一步状态下的做功效率,对促进步幅和步频的提高有明显效果,说明阻力训练对短跑运动员加速能力的培养具有较大的作用。

Abstract:Resistance training is a special method that can effectively improve the acceleration ability of Sprinters. The study selects 20 boys with certain Sprint ability and conducts tire drag resistance training. The results showed that after 10 weeks of tire resistance training, the acceleration ability of the experimental group in the 30-meter and 50-meter sprints increased significantly while the acceleration ability of the control group did not increase significantly. Resistance training can develop Sprinters. The improvement of the efficiency of each step has obvious effect on the promotion of step and step frequency, which shows that resistance training has a significant role in the training of sprinter’s acceleration ability
