| 摘 要： | 工作竞赛运动虽曾搁浅于国民党五届五中全会，但在现实环境的逼迫及蒋介石的督导之下，正式发起于1942年。迫于战时的特殊局势，工作竞赛虽然聚焦于工矿、交通等生产性事业，但还曾溢出延伸至社会民生、机关业务与学校教育等不同领域。战后，各种因素的交织导致工作竞赛运动销声匿迹。

| Abstract: | Although Work Competition Movements was suspended in the Fifth Session of the Fifth Central Committee of the Chinese Nationalist Party, it was restarted officially in 1942 out of the reality and Chiang Kai-shek’s push. Due to the special situation in wartime, the work competition mainly confined within production and transportation with other fields such as social undertakings, Institutional affairs and school education as minor field. After the World War II, Work Competition Movements disappeared for various reasons |
