财政支持主产区粮食产业组织成长投资模式探析

以河南省10个商品粮基地县(市)的实地调查为基础,按照粮农专业合作组织(协会)、粮食购销企业和粮食加工龙头企业3个层次,分析财政支持主产区粮食产业组织成长的投资方向和效果,指出其中存在着财政对粮农专业合作组织(协会)支持力度较小、对粮食购销企业支持目标不清晰、对粮食加工龙头企业支持门槛高和效率低等问题,提出了以支持粮农专业合作组织(协会)为重点的优化财政支持粮食产业组织成长的投资模式,并给出相应的政策建议.
