| 摘 要： | 老子思想中包括了内涵丰富,体系完整,门类齐全的法律思想。老子是世界上第一个提出自然法思想的智者,“人法地,地法天,天法道,道法自然”。笔者将尝试用以老喻老,以儒喻老,以今喻老,以法喻老等方法,从法学流派、实体和程序法学等几个方面论述老子的法律思想。

| Abstract: | Lao Tze's thought contains lawful thought with abundant connotation,integrated system and well-found aspests.Lao Tze was the first wise who put forward the thought of natural law:man can conquer Earth;Earth can tri- umph over Heaven;Heaven can defeat principle;principle can subjugate nature.This article expounds Lao Tze's thought including schools and entity of law and procedural law on the basis of Lao Tze's own principles and practices, Confueianism,the modern thought and laws. |
