| 摘 要： | 进行实现EPC项目TMT有效沟通研究，对于我国开展EPC项目意义非凡。本文基于沟通满意度维度研究，提出了EPC项目TMT有效沟通的维度模型，并基于该模型，搭建了EPC项目TMT有效沟通模型框架，这为实现EPC项目TMT有效沟通提供了一种新视角。

| Abstract: | Carrying on the study, how to real4ze the effective communication of the top management team （TMT） in EPC project, has great significance to develop EPC projects in China. Based on the research of communication satisfaction, the paper gives the TMT effective communication model of EPC project, and more, based on the model, the paper builds the TMT effective communication model framework of EPC project, all which provides a new angle to realize the TMT effective communication of EPC project. |
