| 摘 要： | 传统的发电企业管理运营模式呈现出诸多弊端,已严重阻碍企业的进一步发展。运检分离则为其提供了一种好的经营管理模式。本文分别对发电厂、检修公司的运营办法进行了具体、详细的研究,此方案对发电企业内部实施市场运营具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The traditional management and operation modes implemented in power plant have presented their disadvantages,which seriously block the further development of enterprise.The operation-maintenance separation is regarded as a good mode for them.This paper specifically studies operation methods for the generation plant and the maintenance corporation in detail.Some instructions are given on how to implement market operation program in power plant. |
