| 摘 要： | 宁夏回族自治区是我国重要的羊绒流通集散地和精品羊绒及羊绒制品出口加工基地，其羊绒产业发展具有绒源、劳动力价格等明显的比较优势。产业兴衰的长效机制及国际市场的“话语权”最终源于产业的竞争优势，羊绒企业、地方政府、金融机构共同携手构建羊绒产业内竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is the major cashmere circulation and process base of our country. The development of Ningxia cashmere industry has clear comparative advantage, such as cashmere resources and the price of labor force and so on. However, the long-term mechanism of industrial ups and downs as well as the leading role in the international market finally stem from the industrial competitive advantage. Thus, it is necessary for cashmere enterprises, local governments and financial institutions work jointly to build the competitive advantage cashmere industries in Ningxia. |
