| 摘 要： | 党中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会,为今后社会发展树立了一个更具号召力的奋斗目标,是贯彻落实科学发展观、实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求.作为大学高校来说,构建大学和谐校园是落实科学发展观、培养一流创新人才的基本要求.也是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐校园的主题.高校做为为社会输送人才的重要阵地,一直以人才做为第一资源,同时也是我们今后经济社会发展最重要的战略资源.所以,全面落实科学发展现,坚持以人为本、构建大学和谐校园必将成为今后学校建设与发展的主流.
