| Abstract: | In the transitional period of our society,the ideological status quo of college teachers manifests some new features with the trend of developing into rationality,practicality and political pluralism.To reinforce college teachers'ideological education,the following points are emphasized:first,confirming the fundamental status of Deng Xiao-ping's theory in the ideological education in collgegs;second,laying stress on both ideological education and professional work;third,concentrating on the cause of teaching;fourth,improving the method of ideological education;fifth,tightening up the building of the faculty. |
