中日韩商业银行制度的比较研究

金融是现代经济的核心 ,而商业银行则是金融体系的中坚力量。因而对商业银行制度进行研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。在以往的研究中 ,东亚的商业银行制度通常被视作一个整体同西方的模式进行比较 ,而本文着眼于东亚内部 ,以中国、日本、韩国三国的商业银行制度为研究对象 ,从制度模式、制度环境和制度功能等方面进行探讨 ,论述了东亚商业银行制度的产生渊源、构建方式以及制度变迁的原因和效果 ,并力图从中得出有关我国商业银行发展和体制改革的启示

Comparing the bank instruction of Chian Japan and Korea

Finance is the core of modern economy. And commercial bank is the major power of financial system. So it is very important of studying the regimen of commercial bank. In previously studying the regimen of East Asian commercial bank is usually thought as a whale opposing to the western regimens. But this paper studies East Asian regimen insidely, discussing the regimen of commercial bank in China, Japan and South Korea. I study in model of regimen environment of regimen,and function of regimen. Through these, I deal with the history making model and transit of East Asian commercial bank's regimen. And finally, I draw a conclusion about development and regimen reform of commerical bank in our country.
