| 摘 要： | 长期以来，传统的大学英语教学过于注重语言技能及语言知识的传授。在方法上重背诵、记忆、模仿、复述等机械脑力劳动，轻有利于人格培养和心灵教化的人文知识，忽视语言教学中人文精神的传递。论述了在大学英语教学中人文精神培养的思路及方法，大学英语教师应将人文精神和学科教育结合起来，树立“以人为本”的教育理念，完善学生的人文知识结构，培养学生的人文素养，强化其人文精神。

| Abstract: | For many years, traditional college English teaching simply emphasizes teaching lan- guage skills and language knowledge. In the teaching process, the teachers give students too much practice in reciting, memorizing, imitating and retelling etc. mental mechanical labor but ignore en- lightenment of humanities knowledge and cultivation of humanistic spirit in language teaching. The i- dea and method of the cultivation of humanistic spirit in college English teaching process are related in the paper. College English teachers should combine the humanistic spirit with the subject-teaching, set up the ＂people-oriented＂ education concept, improve students~ humanistic knowledge structure, cultivate students~ humanistic quality and strengthen students~ humanistic spirit. |
