| 摘 要： | 目的探讨硬树脂膜对缓解老年人牙本质过敏症的有效性。方法将 156例牙本质过敏症的老年患者随机分为硬树脂膜佩戴组(实验组)80例和极固宁脱敏组(对照组)76例。实验组患者制作全口牙列硬树脂印膜,对照组患者利用极固宁脱敏。观察其治疗后即刻、治疗后3个月的牙本质过敏症状,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果两组之间存在显著差异(P<0．05),硬树脂膜佩戴组效果明显优于极固宁脱敏组。结论硬树脂膜佩戴对中老年牙本质过敏感觉有明显的缓解作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the validity of wearing the hard resin mold to mitigate dentin hypereensitivity in the elderly.Method 156 elderly patients with dentin hypereensitivity were selected, and randomly assigned two groups: One (test group) by wear the hard resin mold to mitigate dentin hypersensitivity,the other(control group)treated with the Green or desensitizer.The result softreatment and 6 month later of desensitization of 2 groups were evaluated. Result By test and analysis enunciation, there was significant difference between the experiment group and the control group(P< 0.05) . The method of weraing hard resin mold was obvious better than treated with the Green or desensitizer. Conclusion The method of weraing hard resin mold can get better effect to mitigate dentin hypereensitivity in the elderly. |
