| 摘 要： | 开拓创新是当代领导者的必备素质 ,是一个合格领导的重要特征。本文从创新与维持的辨证关系、创新是马克思主义的已有之义和应有之义、创新是跟上时代发展步伐的需要及创新是作出科学决策的需要四个方面来论述了创新在当代领导工作中的重要意义。

In this paper, the author explains the importance of innovation from the following four aspects: there is the dialectical relation between innovation and stability; innovation is the basic part of Marxism; innovation is the way to go with the time; scientific management needs innovation. |
